Tangled Up in You

by Rachel Gibson

Maddie Dupree has arrived in Truly, Iowa hoping to find a story that will help her write her new book. Maddie usually writes scary, true-crime stories but, this time, the story involves her own family as well as the well-known-about-town Hennessey family.

Maddie runs into a brick wall concerning the suicide-murders of her mother and the parents of Mick and Meg Hennessey. It’s not just that no one in town wants to relive the sad events, what Maddie hasn’t counted on is the Hennessey determination to stop her. Never having been in love, Maddie finds herself in a situation with Mick Hennessey that will possibly destroy all of them.

Tangled Up in You is a captivating read that was hard to put down. You’ll want to know how it turns out for Maddie and Mick, not to mention the story behind the deaths of their parents. Can they overcome the past and find each other, or will they just remain tangled by the past?
