Damien Morgan has always known what his life is for, he and others like him track down the worst evil imaginable, the Belians. In Zorro, he knows there is a Belian close by, however he was not expecting to find a fledgling Sentinel or a human that is a conductor for his people. However, convincing Kara to let him help her son and to get her to conduct for him will be one of the toughest assignments he has had. For although Damien can feel the energy that draws him and Kara together without her willing to conduct her energy in the most valuable way, it will take longer to fight the evil before it closes in.

Touched by Darkness is one magnificent read, with characters that just jump off the pages. Spine-tingling suspense, stunning sensuality - this is one book not to be missed.  Ms. Spangler has truly mastered the art of futuristic writing. Marvelous story.
