Bay Harper lives a simple
life in Tipton, Massachusetts, working in her pet grooming
shop. Well, as simple as it can be when you live amongst vampires
and warring werewolves. Her best friend is the Lilim queen
of the vampire clan that lives in her area. And then there

Tasmin
Singh is a lion-shifting Rakshasa who has just awakened to
find that centuries have passed and that he is now the last
of his kind. With Bay’s help, he lands on the front
step of the Lilim queen to request answers and sanctuary,
but only Bay’s gentle touch can calm Tasmin’s
inner demons.
Castle
does a great job of allowing this book to stand on its own
even though it is the fourth in the series. This is the first
one I’ve read and I’m ready to go read the first
three now. Castle does an awesome job at character building
and smoothly working it into the story line. I was glued to
the book from beginning to end. I highly recommend this book
for anyone who loves a great paranormal romance.
