This book was a very confusing story about a futuristic "mob" that tries to do criminal activities (mostly bombings) against political groups; Neimand runs the mob.  There is also a group that is trying to stop the mob. The mob group has its own traitors and conspirators. It also has its own stragglers that go along with anything and everything.

This story takes place in the year 2011 and it has very realistic scenery. Several characters, all in first person, throughout the book tell the story. Several times, the reader cannot tell who is telling their part of the story. One way to possible fix this confusion is to have chapters that separate the characters talking. Since it was difficult to understand who was talking, it was difficult to keep track of what was going on in the plot and with the two different groups.

Overall, the story idea was very good and the scenery was very interesting and imaginative. It was easy to imagine what the buildings and the area looked like. The characterization was difficult at times to figure out because the reader could not understand who was talking.
