The Remigrants
By Joseph E. Wright

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to die and then come back again and again? The Remigrants takes a close look at exactly this aspect. Readers are introduced to Nicholas, who has suffered from a severe car accident, and his wife, who is faced with dealing with the aftermath. Little did Alice realize what exactly the aftermath was going to consist of. Throughout the story, Alice meets with other characters who can explain what has happened to her husband Nicholas after his accident.

Mr. Wright does a great job of keeping the reader interested in the idea of coming back after death, but certainly makes it clear that it is not all it is cracked up to be. He develops a way of explaining how people could possibly come back to life, and does it in a way that almost makes sense. This reader feels that Mr. Wright has been able to take a topic that has probably almost come into everyone's thoughts and focus a story around that topic. Mr. Wright is able to keep a hint of mystery surrounding Nicholas and his family to the very end.
