This workbook takes a complicated issue of low self-esteem and turns into a simple workable solution. Working hand-in-hand with Dr. Sorensen's first book, Breaking the Chain of Low Self-Esteem, it provides several guidelines and homework assignments for the reader and page numbers in the textbook that the reader should read while doing the workbook.
It is written in very simple English so almost anyone could understand it. The assignments are simple, easy to do and can be done with the help of a reader's individual therapist or on one's own. It is broken up into simple chapters where the reader needs to recognize negative feelings and then slowly change negative into positive. The book does not promise to make a change overnight and emphasizes that it will take a lot of work to succeed.
