A
Busy Person's Guide to a Life You Love
By Jamie
Novak
Overstressed, overworked, or just
plain tired? If any of these words tend to be a normal occurrence
in your daily life, it is time for you to stand up and take control.
You may be asking yourself where to begin; these destructive behavior
patterns have been a part of your life since as far back as you
can remember. Hope comes in the form of author Jamie Novak's informative
book, A Busy Person's Guide to a Life You Love. In it, she lays
out the foundation and tools that will enable you to create a life
that you are sure to love. Some of her most enduring chapters include
topics such as how to say no without feeling guilty, reduce your
stress, control your clutter, simplify your life, organize yourself
and your family and practicing the art of self care.
From
the moment I first read the description of Jamie Novak's book, I
found myself intrigued at that the title. I was astonished at how
much the author and I had in common. It felt as though she was writing
this book tailored specifically to my own life. She allowed me to
see that it is not healthy to go at a breakneck pace to try and
please everyone. This book has been a very rewarding reading. Iis
a superb reference tool for anyone who is serious about turning
their life into some that is fun, enjoyable, and stress free.
