Fat and Furious
Overcome Your Body's Resistance to Weight Loss Now
By Loree Taylor Jordan, C. C. H., I. D

In Fat and Furious, readers are introduced to a slightly different way of looking and trying to solve the age old question of how to lose weight. Fat and Furious takes a more holistic approach to weight loss and describes in detail how important certain minerals and vitamins are to humans. Fat and Furious also takes a close look at detoxification of one's body, from simple drinking lots of water to colonics to getting rid of nasty parasites.

Luckily for readers, Ms. Jordan takes a personal and humorous look at the serious nature of the human body. Ms. Jordan does provide personal insight on some rather disgusting issues (read parasites and colonics). Ms. Jordan provides extremely important information about minerals and vitamins and the most important thing that humans can ingest: water. Ms. Jordan provides insight to things that many people, including doctors, would not normally think about when dealing with weight loss, and she consistently states throughout the book that people should get a complete physical from one's personal doctor and discuss the medical ideas provided in Fat and Furious.
