The Guide to Getting It, Keeping It, and Fixing What's Broken

by Michelle McKinney Hammond

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is to love and be loved in return.
~ From "Nature Boy" lyrics by Eden Ahbez

Love is a special gift; it often enters into a person's life when they least expect it. How you handle any relationship could determine if it will be a long lasting one or one that tends to fade away with time. With anything worth having it takes a certain amount of energy and commitment to ensure all the tools are present and there is a foundation upon which love can be built.

Michelle McKinney Hammond is an author for whom I have the utmost respect. Having read several of her previous books I can attest to how effective each one has been for my love life. How to Make Love Work: The Guide to Getting It, Keeping It, and Fixing What's Broken is another winning addition to this talented author's greatest achievements.

From page one, I immediately knew that this was the type of book that I, as a single woman, needed to add to my life. It provided me with a wealth of useable information that I could readily put into action. What sets this book apart from similar titles is its ability to grow a relationship from the start to the wedding day; this is where other books fall behind.

This book is filled with priceless advice that allows a person to gain a true appreciation of all the elements that must be present for love to survive. If this advice is put into practice, there is no doubt that a love relationship can always be fresh and fulfilling.

Mere words cannot accurately describe the value I place on the knowledge I found in How to Make Love Work: The Guide to Getting It, Keeping It, and Fixing What's Broken . This is the type of book that, once finished, you hold close to your heart to cherish the comfort it has provided. For anyone who is serious enough to give love a fighting chance and is looking for a book that will help enrich your life this is definitely one to add to your collection. Very highly recommended.
