Having practiced yoga for the past couple of years, I feel I received the ultimate form of Shavasana when I listened to Pranayama . For those who are not familiar with yoga, Shavasana is the last phase of a yoga routine where your body is rewarded for all the hard work it has endured. For approximately 5-10 minutes, the body lies quietly as the healing energy makes its way over the body, releasing all the peace and tranquility that comes with total relaxation. Very highly recommended.
