Yoga Bliss
Simple and Effective Routines for Chilling Out

by Tara Fraser

For those wounded by civilization, yoga is the most healing salve.
  ~Terri Guillemets

Yoga is the essence in which calmness can be achieved. Practiced on a regular basis, it can enable the user to find their own sense of serenity.

Yoga Bliss: Simple and Effective Routines for Chilling Out is geared toward those who are pressed for time. It provides an impressive layout of routines that can be completed in as little as three minutes. It encourages the individual to use their own home to create a spiritual oasis.

What I found so unique about this book is the breakdown of each yoga pose and the benefits that can be gained by using each one. The colorful pictures made it easy to see the correct way to do each one. This is crucial to anyone new to yoga. Having the correct foundation on which to build your exercise routine is essential to seeing and feeling results.

For the past year, I have devoted three days a week to yoga. In the beginning, I started slowly with a 30 minute routine and have worked my way up to a full hour. The benefits that I have felt have been an unbelievable experience. I can’t imagine how I was ever able to live my life without Yoga’s many healing benefits.

Yoga Bliss: Simple and Effective Routines for Chilling is the type of book that will appeal to all levels of yoga enthusiasts. Each page offers its own special form of relaxation. Yoga exists in the world because everything is linked (Desikashar). Very highly recommended.
