This is a calming place with vast open spaces, freedom, room to move, and a feeling of being unconfined.

I immediately felt myself be swept away by this entire course offered. I felt like I was taking a mini-vacation every time I pushed play. The relaxing effect stayed with me long after I finished each session. Unplug is for anyone who seeks to escape into a safe and relaxing world. It will allow you to take a much needed rest to rejuvenate your life. Very highly recommended.
