Informative and practical. This audiobook is all about portion sizes. We all know that restaurants in the United States serve portion sizes that are bigger than anywhere else in the world. In addition, potatoes fill every plate. It is about enlarging every order at the fast food stops.

Young attempts to give a practical daily guide to portion control in eating in a 30-day eating plan. The chapters are not in themselves a 30-day meal plan, but the appendages at the end provide guidance for that.

This is a good tool for many people, and if you are one that can follow a plan, it is certainly worth a try. The information she presents is definitely nutritional and sensible based on information we all know. She addresses environment, sleep, relationships, etc. as potential sabotages of many diets.

This basic book presents information generally known and understood, so if you are looking for a unique approach to a diet plan you may want to look further.

The narration was upbeat but did become a little too much of the same for me. Listen to the excerpt on Amazon to try before you buy.
