Anna is an average fifteen–year-old poet who enjoys reading tarot cards. One night at a poetry café, she meets Thorn, a twenty-nine-year-old who also writes poetry. She finds him to be intelligent and beautiful. Soon she’s in a relationship that is far over her head, but she will take any risk to be with Thorn.

I found this book very intriguing and full of suspense. I also noticed that some of the things Anna goes through as a young poet are similar to what I have gone through. It does contain some adult language. This is a good book for readers in their mid-teen years.
