For Love of Maggie
By Fran Shaff

For Love of Maggie is another romance from Ms. Shaff. Kayla Franklin is the mother of Maggie and is attempting to redecorate her new farm that she just purchased. Kayla wants to make it the best for Maggie and be able to introduce Maggie to a whole new world. Kayla just now has to find the perfect person to help with the innovations. Enter Roth Simons. Roth seems to be the perfect person to help Kayla until he meets Maggie. And, of course, there has to be someone else to stir in some problems for Kayla. Enter her neighbor, Vinton Fillmore, who attempts to make Kayla feel that Maggie is the best thing on the world to help his alternative motives.

Fran Shaff knows a thing or two about writing good romance stories with her previous books, Montana Match and The Love Trap. But, unfortunately, the romance between Kayla and Roth is done extremely quickly. Too quickly to be realistic. Despite that, the adversary between Roth and Vinton is on target and how Ms. Shaff intertwines all of the characters is also on target. The determination that Roth demonstrates in For Love of Maggie is heartfelt and any woman would be crazy not to fall for such a determined guy in the Real World.
